The Fremont boys' soccer team made the trip up to Gaylord where they took on Kingsford from the upper peninsula in the regional semifinal match on Tuesday evening. The match was fast paced and even frantic at times. Kingsford struck first when Jett Buckley found the back of the net at the 23 minute mark. It 10 seconds for Kingsford to capitalize on another Fremont error and Jaxon Buckley broke through the Packer line making it 2-0. Things settled down for the Packers at that point and they slowly but surely started to out possess Kingsford. However, the score was 2-0 at the half. Fremont came out in the second half just where they had previously left off and finally got on the board when Silas Rinne buried a ball off a corner. The goal came with 33 minutes left to play. The Packers continued to have opportunities but couldn’t finish until 8 minutes remained in the game. Chaz Miller finished a rebound off the keeper knotting up the game. Fremont continued to press, even hitting the post, and finally scored with 45 seconds left. Rinne found Miller who flicked the ball past goalkeeper Adam Landon. The final was 3-2. Fremont outshot Kingsford 15-7. Caleb Vissia made 5 saves for the Packers while Landon made 12 saves for Kingsford. Fremont improves to 21-1-1 overall and Kingsford ends their season 21-2. Fremont advances to play Alma in the regional final on Thursday in Big Rapids.

The Fremont boys' soccer team traveled to Whitehall to play Manistee in the district final on Saturday afternoon. The conditions were miserable as the rain came down and the field was saturated. In the end, Fremont came out victorious with a 2-1 win. Redick Powell got the scoring started with 19 minutes left in the first half off of a slotted ball by Deagan Klimek. Manistee answered on a corner kick with only 4 minutes remaining in the half when Luke Smith put the corner directly into the goal. The score was 1-1 at the half. Fremont finally broke the deadlock with 31 minutes to play in the second half when Jude Fair followed up a Klimek shot that had rebounded off of the Manistee keeper's hands. Fair's goal turned out to be the game winner. Fremont's goalkeeper Caleb Vissia made 7 saves on 8 shots while Manistee's keeper Grayson Prince made 13 saves off of 15 shots. Fremont improves to 20-1-1 overall and will advance to play Kingsford at Gaylord on Tuesday, October 24 at 6:00pm. Manistee closes out their season at 11-6-2.

The Fremont boys' soccer team traveled to Whitehall to play Montague in the district semi-final. The game was even with back and forth play through most of the first half. Montague finally capitalized on a corner kick with Trevor Trevino finding the back of the net with 4 minutes to play in the half. The score was Montague 1-0 at the half. Fremont finally got things going with 26 minutes remaining in the match when John Vissia finished a penalty kick knotting the score. The Packers weren't done. With 21 minutes to play Jude Fair flicked a ball to Chaz Miller who finished it. Deagan Klimek ended the scoring with 8 minutes to play on a ball from John Vissia. The final was 3-1. Fremont outshot Montague 15-8. Caleb Vissia made 7 saves for the Packers. Fremont improves to 19-1-1 overall while Montague ends their season 10-9-1.

The Fremont boys' soccer team opened up tournament play with the Pirates from Hart on Wednesday afternoon. Chaz Miller started the scoring for the Packers on an assist from Deagan Klimek with 12 minutes to play in the half. Colson Buitendorp finished the second ball of the half with just 2 minutes to play in the first half. The score was 2-0 at the half. John Vissia added the third and final goal of the match just 2 minutes into the second half on a head ball goal from Killian Prewitt. Fremont outshot Hart 15-3. Fremont's goalkeeper Caleb Vissia made 3 saves while Hart's keeper made 12 saves. Fremont improves to 18-1-1 overall and Hart ends their season 6-13-2. Fremont advances to play the winner of the Montague-Shelby winner.

The Fremont boys' soccer team took on Sparta in the final match of the regular season on Monday evening. The Packers won the match 7-2. Chaz Miller netted the hat trick while Deagan Klimek chipped in two and John Vissia and Silas Rinne both had single goals. Tee Ward added two assists and Miller, Klimek, and Rinne had single assists. Cody Espinoza and Fidel Sustaita scored the goals for Sparta. Fremont outshot Sparta 20-6. Fremont's keeper Caleb Vissia made 4 saves in net while Benito Martinez made 13 saves for Sparta. Fremont improves to 17-1-1 overall while Sparta falls to 4-12 overall.

The Fremont boys' soccer team traveled to Manistee on Wednesday evening to take on the Mariners in a conference match up. Fremont scored first on a corner from Killian Prewitt to Silas Rinne 12 minutes into the match. The matched leveled off until 4 minutes to play in the half. Chaz Miller found Colson Buitendorp for thee goal. Less than a minute later, Miller again assisted. This time to Deagan Klimek. The score was 3-0 at the half. The final goal was scored by John Vissia midway through the second half. Fremont outshot Manistee 22-12. Caleb Vissia made 12 saves for the Packers while Grayson Prince made 18 saves for Manistee. Fremont improves to 16-1-1 overall and 8-1-1 in the conference. Manistee falls to 9-5-2 overall and 4-4-2 in the conference. The win by the Packers gives them sole possession of first place in the WMC and the conference title. The improvement has been drastic as Fremont finished in 10th place last season but rebound to capture the title.

Killian Prewitt scored off of a header to open the scoring and the 1-0 lead held until the half. Chaz Miller found Redick Powell for the final goal of the match with 25 minutes remaining in the game. Fremont outshot Montague 13-8. Caleb Vissia made 8 saves in net for Fremont while Eli Bunton made 11 saves for the home team. Fremont improves to 14-1-1 overall and 6-1-1 in the conference. The Ludington Orioles made the trip to Fremont to play the Packers in boys' soccer on Monday evening. Fremont started out strong with the first goal of the match. John Vissia to make it 1-0 off a corner kick 25 minutes into the match. Ludington answered 10 minutes later when a ball deflected of of a defender and into the Packers' net. The score was knotted at 1-1 at the half. Ludington started out the second half with a flury. 5 minutes in they made the game 2-1, 5 minutes later added another goal, and 5 minutes after that made the game 4-1. Fremont's Silas Rinne finished a ball from Joey Mansfield with just over a minute to play in the match. Ludington outshot Fremont 10-8. Fremont's Caleb Vissia made 6 saves while Ludington's keeper also made 6 saves. Ludington improves to 11-4 overall and 6-1 in the conference. The second half produced more of the same with the final being 5-1. Chaz Miller netted two goals while John Vissia, Silas Rinne, and Deagan Klimek accounted for the other scoring. Fremont played the Tigers of Shelby in boys' soccer on Monday evening in a WMC matchup. Chaz Miller started the scoring 9 minutes into the match to make it 1-0 in favor of Fremont. That goal stood as the difference until the half. Eight minutes into the 2nd half Tee Ward found Joey Mansfield to make the scored 2-0 for the Packers. The last Packer goal was netted when John Vissia found the head of Deagan Klimek. Fremont got out to a quick lead just one minute into the match when Silas Rinne found Deagan Klimek for the 1-0 lead. Just minutes later Chaz Miller knocked the ball to John Vissia for the 2-0 lead. With 20 minutes to play in the first half, Klimek scored on a set play making the score 3-0. That score stood until half and was the final of the match. Fremont outshot Ravenna 19-7. The Fremont boys' soccer team traveled to Newaygo on Saturday to participate in the Newaygo County Soccer Championship. In the first match the Packers played the Tigers of Grant beating them 7-0. Deagan Klimek and Chaz Miller both scored two goals while John Vissia, Joey Mansfield, and Silas Rinne all tallied single goals. Killian Prewitt had two assists while Chaz Miller, Taylor Rowe, Eddie Springstead, John Vissia, and Ian Berry had single assists. The Packers outshot the Tigers 24-0.
The following match was against the host of the tournament. Fremont defeated Newaygo 8-0. Killian Prewitt netted two goals while Chaz Miller, Deagan Klimek, Caleb Vissia, Joey Mansfield, Taylor Rowe, and Hudson Wiersema all had individual goals. Klimek added two assists, while Wiersema, Caleb Vissia, and Redick Powell had single assists. The Packers outshot the Lions 26-0. Fremont improved to 8-0-1 overall while Grant falls to 4-4 and Newaygo falls to 0-6.

The visiting team came out strong with 3 goals in the first half and an additional 3 in the second half. Fremont's Deagan Klimek tallied the Packers' first goal of the season on a ball from Killian Prewitt. Tri-County answered when Andrew Lenon put a bending ball past the arms of Fremont's keeper Caleb Vissia. The score remained 1-1 at the half. Chaz Miller put the Packers up for good when he touched the ball by the Viking keeper Austin Lenon. Ian Berry finished off the scoring for the Packers when he headed a corner kick in from Prewitt.
