The Ludington Orioles made the trip to Fremont to play the Packers in boys' soccer on Monday evening.  Fremont started out strong with the first goal of the match.  John Vissia to make it 1-0 off a corner kick 25 minutes into the match.  Ludington answered 10 minutes later when a ball deflected of of a defender and into the Packers' net.  The score was knotted at 1-1 at the half.  Ludington started out the second half with a flury.  5 minutes in they made the game 2-1, 5 minutes later added another goal, and 5 minutes after that made the game 4-1.  Fremont's Silas Rinne finished a ball from Joey Mansfield with just over a minute to play in the match.  Ludington outshot Fremont 10-8.  Fremont's Caleb Vissia made 6 saves while Ludington's keeper also made 6 saves.  Ludington improves to 11-4 overall and 6-1 in the conference.  Fremont drops to 13-1-1 overall and 5-1-1 in the conference.
