The Fremont boys' soccer team hosted North Muskegon on Wednesday evening in a WMC match up. Fremont grabbed the lead early when Deagan Klimek found Joey Mansfield 2 minutes into the match for a 1-0 lead. The scored remained 1-0 until Klimek knocked the ball to Chaz Miller with 4 seconds to go in the half for the goal. Fremont led 2-0 at the half. 6 minutes into the second half Killian Prewitt connected with Klimek off a corner kick and increased the lead to 3-0. The score held until the end of the match. Fremont outshot North Muskegon 11-6. The Packer's keeper Caleb Vissia made 6 saves while the North Muskegon keeper Chase Zizak made 8 saves. Fremont improves to 10-0-1 overall and 3-0-1 in the conference. North Muskegon falls to 2-6-3 overall and 2-1-1 in the conference.
