Fremont fought hard against Reed City in double header action tonight. The Packers fell short both games, losing the first one 1-4 and the second 7-12. Savannah Hall and Maddie Baden each collected 3 hits on the day with Sophia Romine and Rainee Dey-Rayl collecting 2 hits on the day..
Elise Pfeiffer drove in five runs on three hits to lead the Fremont Packers past the Orchard View Cardinals 19-5 in the first game of double header action.
Fremont also took the second game 13-0.
Fremont accumulated 15 hits in the first game. Hanna Melo led the team with four hits in four at bats. Rainee Dey-Rayl, Kenzie Homrich, Ava Cook each collected multiple hits for the Packers. Gabriel Mosher and A Decheney each drove in two runs for the Cardinals.
Dey-Rayl collected three hits in four at bats in the second game. Fremont collected 13 hits in the second game. Melo led the way with 3 RBI's in the game. She went 2-4 in the game. Maddie Baden, Savannah Hall, and Cook each collected multiple hits for the Packers.

Fremont Packers took two tonight in non conference action vs the Tri County Vikings on the back of a clutch display from Maddie Baden. Fremont took the first game 15-0 and the second game 18-8.
In the first game, Baden drove in 4 runs on two hits. Mckenzie Gugins and Kenzie Homrich each collected multiple hits for the Packers. Homrich earned the win for Fremont allowing 1 hit & 0 runs over 3 innings walking one. She also struck out 8 out of 10 batters faced.
Fremont Packers came back to win despite trailing 7-2 in the third. Baden drove in five runs on three hits in the second game. Baden doubled in the 4th inning scoring 3 runs. The Packers flipped the score in the 4th inning scoring 9 runs on 7 hits. The biggest blow in the inning was the double by Baden. Kenzie Homrich earned the win allowing three hits over three innings, striking out 4. Fremont collected 16 hits in the game. Baden and Homrich each collected three hits. Hanna Melo, Rainee Dey-Rayl, Izabel Austin, and Savanna Hall each collected multiple hits for the Packers.
Tri County accumulated 10 hits in the game

Kenzie Homrich struck out 10 batters as the righty led the Fremont Varsity Packers past Morley Stanwood 14-3 in the first game of tonights Cancer Awarness double header. Homrich surrendered only 3 hits over 6 innings. Mckenzie Gugins collected four hits in five at bats with 3 singles and a triple. Fremont collected 18 hits in the game. Savannah Hall led the packers with 4 RBI's. Gugins, Hall, Sophia Romine, Rainee Dey-Rayl, Maddie Baden and Elise Pfeiffer each collected multiple hits for the Packers.
Elise Pfeiffer drove in five runs on for hits to lead teh Fremont Packers past Morley Stanwood 18-3 in the second game. Gugins, Hall, Baden Hanna Melo and Kayden Bulk each had multiple hits for the packers collecting 17 hits total. Sophia Romine earned the win for the Packers.
Fremont takes on Tri County Vikings on Monday at home.
Fremont Varsity Softball team took two wins tonight against the Ludington Orioles. 15-4 and 21-6.
Kenzie Homrich got the win in the first game facing 29 batters striking out 12. Homrich was backed by the offense collecting 12 hits during the game. Izabel Austin and Savannah Hall lead the team with three hits each, both collecting 2 singles and 1 double.
Sophia Romine got the win in the second game striking out 6. Fremont collected 13 hits in the game with Mckenzie Gugins and Maddie Baden leading the way for the Packers. Gugins went 4 for 4 (2 doubles and 2 triples) with 2 RBI's. Baden went 3 for 4 with two base hits and a double. Romine also had multiple hits for the Packers.
Fremont is now 4-2 in conference play.
Fremont has there Cancer awareness game under the lights at Branstrom Park Friday night against Morley Stanwood this Friday the 10th 6pm start time.

In the first game we had a pitching battle between Kenzie Homrich for Fremont and Braedi Baker for North Muskegon, Homrich got the win striking out 11 batters and only allowing four hits. Baker gave up 6 hits striking out three. With solid defense from Fremont, committing zero errors and a sacrifice fly by Savannah Hall scoring the only run, is all that was needed in the victory. Rainee Dey-Rayl also went 2-3 at the plate.
Mckenzie Gugins collected three hits in five at bats in the second game. Gugins hit a triple, double and a single. Homrich got the win in the second game giving up six hits and one unearned run over five and two-thirds innings striking out three.
Fremont piled up 16 hits in the second game. Elise Pfeiffer, Hall each collected three hits for Fremont, Sophia Romine and Dey-Rayl collected multiple hits.
Madison Balon took the loss on the mound for North Muskegon
Fremont travels to Ludington in conference match up next Tuesday.
Fremont Varsity Packers take two in conference match up against Montague Wildcats. Fremont won the first game 17-2 and took the second game 24-4. Conf record is 2-2.
Fremont collected 10 hits in the first game will 11 RBI's. Freshman Kayden Bulk went 2 for 2 at the plate with two singles with Izabel Austin going 3-4. Rainee Dey-Rayl, Maddie Baden and Mckenzie Gugins each collected multiple RBI's for the Packers.
In the Second tame Dey-Rayl went 4-4 in the second game with 1 single, 1 double, and 2 triples. Baden also went 4-5 with 3 singles and 1 double. The Lady Packers collected 19 hits in the nightcap. Sophia Romine, Savannah Hall, Gugins and Elise Pfeiffer each collected multiple hits for the Packers. Fremonts defense also stayed strong with no errors during the second game.
The Lady Packers where lead on the mound, by freshman pitcher Kenzie Homrich. Homrich faced 38 batters on the night, completing both games. She struck out 11 and ended the day with an ERA of 2.333.
Fremont Varsity Packers lost both games to Oakridge yesterday. Mckenzie Gugins batted .600 on the day with going 3 for 5 on the day.
Fremont split tonight in a non conference match up vs North Muskegon. Fremont took the first game 5-4. Freshmen pitcher Kenzie Homrich took the win on the mount for Fremont in the fist game with 9 strike outs. Maddie Baden provided the Packers with three runs batted in. Rainee Dey-Rayl set the tone at the top of the lineup, leading the Packers with three hits in four at bats. Rylee Cooper and M Balon each had solo home runs for North Muskegon in the first game.
In the night cap. Despite multiple home runs from Rainee Dey-Rayl, Fremont was defeated by Norsemen 10-13. Despite the loss the Packers collected 18 hits in the high-scoring event, with the Noremen having 16 hits 6 of them being home runs. A Brown & Rylee Cooper both collected two home runs in the game. Dey-Rayl went 4-5 in the game with Hanna Mello going 4 for 4.
Fremont has there first conference match next tuesday @ Oakridge. 4pm.
The Lady packers lost both games yesterday to Ravenna 10-0 in the first game and 10-1 in the second game. Games got off to a late start due to field conditions, but we where able to play one and an half games on the night. McKenzie Gugins hit a double in the second game to get our only RBI for the day.
