Win: 76 - 25
The J.V. Packers finished off a perfect 20-0 season Thursday in Chip Hills. There has not been an undefeated team at any level in recent memory, and we're so proud of these boys and what they were able to accomplish this season! Jordan McDonald once again led the team with 21 points, 4 assists and 4 steals. Logan Nelson had a great all around game and another double-double with 10 points, 10 assists and 6 steals. Blake Hanshue also had a great game with 9 points, a season high 8 rebounds and 6 steals. Joey DeLong added 10 points and 3 steals and Tegan Reichert-Slater led the bench scoring with 9. Congratulations on an awesome year boys!!

Win: 55 - 49
Fremont was able to overcome a poor shooting night and bad foul trouble to earn a victory in Tri-County on Monday. The Packers only made three 3 pointers on the night and were 8-21 from the free throw line. Somehow, we were able to grind out a win even though we did not play our best. The foul trouble definitely hurt us, with basically our entire starting lineup with two or three fouls by halftime. We did not have a lot of calls go our way. Jordan McDonald led us to victory with his best game of the year. He finished with 25 points, 13 rebounds and 3 steals. The win improves the Packers record to 19-0(13-0) on the season. Fremont plays at Chip Hills on Thursday as they try to finish off a perfect 20-0 season.

Win: 70 - 26
Fremont's J.V. boys won their last home game of the season against Grant on Thursday. The Packers were up by twelve points heading into halftime and put the game away in the third quarter with a 35-7 explosion. Fremont was led by Jordan McDonald with 21 points. Chase Rasmussen had another good game with 12 points, 5 rebounds and 3 steals. Logan Nelson had another double digit assist game with 10, and also had 9 points. Michael Baden led the bench scoring with 11. The J.V. Packers finished with a home record of 10-0. The victory improves their overall record to 18-0(12-0) on the season. They will play at Tri-County on Monday night.

Win: 65 - 31
Fremont overcame a slow start to the game to beat Newaygo on Monday. After being up by only five points at halftime, the Packers outscored the Lions 23-13 in the third quarter and 19-0 in the fourth quarter to pick up a decisive victory. Jordan McDonald led Fremont with 21 points, 8 rebounds and 3 steals. Chase Rasmussen had 11 points and Blake Hanshue and Logan Nelson each added 8 points. Nelson also had 9 steals in the game. Carl Vliem had a good all around game off the bench with 6 points, 4 assists and 4 rebounds. The victory improves the Packers record to 17-0(11-0) on the season. They will play home against Grant on Thursday.

The J.V. Packers picked up another hard fought win on Thursday against Central Montcalm. The Hornets came out strong and led after one quarter 15-10. Fremont responded in the second quarter outscoring Central Montcalm 26-13 to take an eight point lead into halftime. The Packers were able to hold off a couple of second half runs by the Hornets to win 66-44. Fremont was led by Jordan McDonald with 17 points, 10 rebounds and 5 steals. Logan Nelson also had a big game with 14 points, 6 steals and 6 assists. Joey DeLong fought through injury and foul trouble to finish with 14 points and 4 assists. Chase Rasmussen added 11 points and 4 steals. The victory improves the Packers record to 16-0(10-0) on the season. They will play home against Newaygo on Monday night.

The J.V. Pack won on the road in Kent City on Tuesday night. The Eagles had only lost one game on the season, but Fremont dominated from the start. The Packers jumped out to a 29-8 lead at halftime and increased the lead to 52-20 at the end of the third quarter. Despite some sloppy play in the fourth quarter, Fremont went on to win 62-44. The Packers were once again led by Logan Nelson, who had a season high 27 points along with 8 assists. Chase Rasmussen had 10 points and 5 steals and Jordan McDonald chipped in with 11 points. Carl Vliem also had 7 points off the bench. The win improves the J.V. boys record to 15-0(9-0) on the season. They will play at Central Montcalm on Thursday night.

Win: 60 - 42
Fremont came back to win an exciting, competitive game against Big Rapids on Thursday. Both teams came in short handed due to illness and injury. The Packers built a six point lead after one quarter. Big Rapids came back to tie the score at halftime 24-24. The Cardinals came out strong to start the third quarter building an eight point lead. After a timeout, Fremont came storming back to take a five point lead heading into the fourth. The Packers outscored Big Rapids 20-7 in the fourth quarter to put the game away. Logan Nelson had a monster game for Fremont with 15 points, 12 assists, 8 rebounds and 3 steals. Joey DeLong had 12 points, all in the second half. Chase Rasmussen had 10 points, 8 rebounds, and 4 steals while Jordan McDonald added 7 points and 13 rebounds. Carl Vliem had his best game of the season off the bench and kept Fremont in the game in the first half. He finished with 13 points and 3 rebounds. The win improves the Packers record to 14-0(9-0) on the season. They will travel to Kent City on Tuesday.

The J.V. Packers picked up another win on Tuesday against Orchard View. The team came out focused and built a 21-4 lead after the first quarter and a 39-9 lead at halftime. Logan Nelson led the way with 12 points, 2 steals and 2 assists. Chase Rasumussen had 10 points, 5 rebounds and 3 steals, and Jordan McDonald added 9 points, 5 rebounds and 3 steals. Tegan Reichert-Slater also had 10 points, 6 rebounds and 2 steals off the bench. The win improves the Packers record to 13-0(8-0) on the season. They will play Big Rapids home on Thursday.

Win: 46 - 34
Fremont won a defensive battle at Reed City on Thursday. Both teams played extremely hard on the defensive end and both teams struggled to make shots on offense. The Packers played with much better effort and intensity than they did on Tuesday! Logan Nelson and Jordan McDonald both had a double-double to lead Fremont. Nelson finished with 17 points, 10 rebounds and 4 steals, while McDonald had 14 points, 13 rebounds and 3 steals. The win improves the J.V. boys record to 12-0(8-0) on the season. They will play home against Orchard View on Tuesday night.

Win: 47 - 43
Fremont picked up a hard fought win against Whitehall on Tuesday. The Vikings outplayed and outworked the Packers in the first half, leading by five heading into the break. Fremont came out in the second half and played much harder earning a four point victory. It was a tough game from start to finish, but the team showed some heart and mental toughness by coming back to beat a good team on the road. We will look to learn from this game, clean up the mistakes that were made, and continue to improve going forward. Joey DeLong led the Packers with 13 points, 7 rebounds, and 4 steals. Jordan McDonald had 9 points and 8 rebounds, and Logan Nelson added 10 points and 3 assists. Blake Hanshue hit a big three pointer down the stretch and finished with 6 points and 2 steals. The win improves the J.V. Pack's record to 11-0(7-0) on the season. Our next game is at Reed City on Thursday.

The J.V. boys picked up their tenth win of the season on Thursday beating Chippewa Hills. It was a game where everyone got a lot of playing time which is always good for the team. It's nice to see the kids coming off the bench that work hard all year get an opportunity to play. Jordan McDonald led the Packers with 17 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals. There were many contributions from the bench led by Carl Vliem with 13 points, 3 assists and 2 steals. Michael Baden had 10 points and 4 steals. Tegan Reichert-Slater had a great all around game with 6 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists and 6 steals. Collin Hammersley added 8 points and a team high 10 rebounds. The victory improves the J.V. Packers record to 10-0(7-0) on the season.

Fremont beat a good Tri-County team on Monday by the score of 67-44. Good rebounding and strong bench play were the keys to the Packers victory. The Vikings came in playing well having won 5 games in a row. Logan Nelson had a great all around game with 19 points, 5 assists, 6 rebounds and 5 steals. Joey DeLong added 11 points and 4 rebounds. Jordan McDonald also had a good game with 8 points, 4 rebounds, and 4 steals. Fremont's bench scored 25 points in the contest led by Tegan Reichert-Slater with 8 points, 4 rebounds and 3 blocks, and Michael Baden with 6 points and 6 rebounds. The win improves the J.V. Packers record to 9-0(6-0) on the season. They will play Chippewa Hills home on Thursday at 5:30.

The Packers played their best all around game of the season on Thursday, beating Grant 67-31. Fremont held the Tigers to only 11 points in the second half. It was a great team effort! Jordan McDonald had the teams first double double of the season with 16 points and 10 rebounds. Joey DeLong had his second great game in a row with 13 points, 5 assists and 5 rebounds. Carl Vliem had his best game of the season with 12 points off the bench. The victory improves the Packers record to 8-0(5-0) on the season. The team will host Tri-County on Monday at 7:00.

Fremont's J.V. boys beat Newaygo on Monday by the score of 61-40. Fremont outscored Newaygo 18-7 in the third quarter to pull away in the second half. The Packers only committed 5 turnovers for the game which was one of the keys to the victory. Fremont was led by Joey DeLong with 13 points, 9 steals and 6 assists. Logan Nelson added 11 points, 5 assists and 3 steals. Jordan McDonald had 11 points and 5 rebounds, and Tegan Reichert-Slater had 8 points, 4 rebounds and 3 blocks off the bench. The victory improves the Packers record to 7-0(4-0) on the season. Fremont's next game will be at Grant this Thursday at 7:00.

Chase Rasmussen led the Pack with 16 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. Jordan McDonald added 15 points and 8 rebounds, and Logan Nelson had 15 points and 9 assists. The victory improves Fremont's record to 6-0(3-0) on the season.

Fremont's J.V. boys picked up their second conference win of the season Thursday night in Big Rapids. The Packers got off to a hot start scoring 42 points in the first half. They were able to hold off a couple of Cardinal runs in the second half to win 64-49. Fremont only committed 10 turnovers for the game, which was one of the keys to the victory. Logan Nelson had a monster game for the Pack with 16 points, 9 assists, 7 steals, and 4 rebounds. Jordan McDonald once again led the team in rebounds with 9 and also added 10 points, just missing a double double. Tegan Reichert-Slater and Michael Baden were key players off the bench with 10 points and 9 points respectively. The win improves the Packers record to 5-0(2-0) on the season.

Fremont led 17-14 after the first quarter, and then only gave up 15 points the rest of the game to win 59-29. Fremont was led by Logan Nelson with 11 points 3 assists and 5 steals. Joey DeLong added 9 points and 4 steals. Jordan McDonald had another good all around game with 6 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals. Blake Hanshue and Michael Baden also played well, with each scoring 8 points. The victory improves the Packers record to 4-0(1-0) on the season. Fremont will play at Big Rapids on Thursday.

The J.V. boys started the season with a win at Shelby on Tuesday. After a slow start, the Packers took control of the game in the second quarter with a 30-6 run. Logan Nelson led the way with 18 points and 10 assists. Jordan McDonald added 11 points and 8 rebounds off the bench and Chase Rasmussen had 9 points and 11 rebounds. The J.V. Packers will host Reed City on Thursday at 7:00.
