Another strong defensive effort gave the J.V. Pack their fourth win of the season on Tuesday night at Montague. Fremont led 17-14 after the first quarter, and then only gave up 15 points the rest of the game to win 59-29. Fremont was led by Logan Nelson with 11 points 3 assists and 5 steals. Joey DeLong added 9 points and 4 steals. Jordan McDonald had another good all around game with 6 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals. Blake Hanshue and Michael Baden also played well, with each scoring 8 points. The victory improves the Packers record to 4-0(1-0) on the season. Fremont will play at Big Rapids on Thursday.
