We started out looking rough, but quickly fell back into our groove. With Taryn being gone, Khloe had an opportunity to play a middle. Anyssa was able to play all the way around on the right side. We also tried some modifications to our serve receive strategy. It was a bit of a struggle since we weren't able to practice this beforehand, but the girls quickly adapted after the first full rotation. Our middles were not thrown as many hits as usual, but that allowed our outsides to have some extra swings. Avery finished the game with a perfect line shot. Kenzie had several kills that were untouchable. Once again, we served zones. Avery, Kenzie, and Natalie all caught long runs. Grace even picked up a short run, too! Taylor was a big block at the net with great form. We took home the victory!!
