Four RBI Day For Payton Mansfield Brings In Win For Fremont Packers Varsity Over Ludington Orioles Varsity

Fremont Packers Varsity defeated Ludington Orioles Varsity 10-5 on Tuesday thanks in part to Payton Mansfield , who drove in four runners. Mansfield drove in runs on a double in the first, a double in the second, and a single in the fourth.

Fremont Packers Varsity earned the victory despite allowing Ludington Orioles Varsity to score five runs in the third inning. Gabe Hogenson, Ty Wincheski, Brad Mesyar, and Jacob Johnston each had RBIs in the frame.

Fremont Packers Varsity opened up scoring in the first inning. Mansfield doubled on a 3-2 count, scoring one run.

Mansfield earned the win for Fremont Packers Varsity. Mansfield surrendered zero runs on two hits over four and two-thirds innings, striking out ten and walking zero.

Mesyar took the loss for Ludington Orioles Varsity. Mesyar allowed nine hits and nine runs over three and two-thirds innings, striking out five.

Drew DeBlake started the game for Fremont Packers Varsity. The righty surrendered five runs on three hits over two and a third innings, striking out three
