The Fremont girls' soccer team traveled to Tri-County on Friday evening to play the Vikings in the CSAA conference tournament match that would decide 3rd and 4th place.  Fremont's Mia Clemence netted the first goal of the match on an assist from Lili Isak.  That goal stood until half with the Packers up 1-0.  Tri-County's Leah Selfort answered 15 minutes into the second half knotting the game at 1-1.  The Packers answered 5 minutes later when Isak found Riley Chase.  With 8 minutes left the Vikings' Allison Johnson tied the match.  Just one minute later Selfort scored again for the home team making the score 3-2.  Three minutes later lightning was seen and the match was called.  Tri-County outshot the Packers 15-8.  Fremont's Macey Powers made 12 saves while the Vikings' keeper Brielle Gould made 6 saves.  Tri-County improves to 11-6-1 overall and 8-3 in the conference.  Fremont falls to 10-7 overall and 6-5 in the conference.
