Today the lady JV Packers traveled to Reeths Puffer to take on Reeths Puffer and Spring Lake. The Packers came up short tonight losing to both teams. The scores against Spring Lake were 13-25 and 24-26. The Packers went 3 sets with Reeths Puffer for scores of 25-13, 18-25, and 12-15.

The team played hard tonight and really fought against their competition. Offensively Mackenzie Gleason led the team with 9 kills along with 6 aces for the night. Brynna Barnhart had 19 assists for the night. Kiley Homrich helped with her passing and her hitting. Maria Mizagajska was aggressive all night earning 1 kill. Ivy Heft had 6 kills while Hallie Snyder had 3. Averi Zimmer had 5 kills for the night.

Defensively Grace Evans, Maddie Baden and Kylie Rich led the team; Grace with 9 digs, Maddie with 7 and Kylie with 7. Cecelia Crisman was close with 6 digs. Hadley Whitaker hustled on the court defensively as well.  

There was a lot of great volleyball tonight. The Packers will wrap up their season this Saturday 10/22/22 with a tournament at Newaygo High School. Go Packers!
