Fremont Packers and Holton Red Devils split in double head action toning.  Holton took the first game 9-6 and Fremont took the second game 12-11.

In the first game Holton had a big inning scoring 6 in the second inning.  This was ignited by a in the park home run by Greene in the inning.  Fremont battled back and scored 3 runs in the 5th and 2 in the sixth to make it a 9-6 game.  Kam Clark and Gracie Clark each collected multiple hits for the Packers. K Greene got the win on the mound for Holton. 

In the second game the Packers came back from a 7 run deficit to take the game.  Both teams where strong at the plate with Fremont having 9 hits and Holton having 11.  Fremont flipped the game in the 5th inning by scoring eight runs on seven hits.  The biggest blow was a triple by Izabel Austin that drove in three runs.  Kam Clark got the win for the Packers.  Riley Derks and Ava Geers each collected multiple hits in the game for the Packers. C Mckee and A Goyings each collected 3 hits for Holton.

In today's Newaygo County Tournament, the Fremont Packers took the trophy with a 6-5 win vs Newaygo, then a 6-1 win vs Grant and in the championship game 27-8 win over White Cloud.

In the first game Kam Clark got the win on the mound surrendering two hits and three runs over four innings, striking out four.  Kenzie Homrich began the game for Fremont and gave up two hits striking out three.  K Clark lead the Packers with two hits in the game.  

In the second game vs the Grant Tigers Kenzie Homrich struck out 11 batters to get the win for the Packers.  Gracie Clark drove the middle of the lineup, leading the Packers with two RBI's and going 2-3 in the game.  Homrich and K Clark each collected two hits for the Packers.  

In the championship game the Packers collected 30 hits in the game with Kam Clark leading the way going 6 for 6 at the plate with a two-run shot in the second inning.  Gracie Clark and Ashe Vandenberg each hitting a home run scoring 2 runs each.  K Clark got the win on the mound striking out 10 batters in 5 innings.  

Huge night for Izabel Austin as she went 7 for 7 at the plate in the double header action vs Orchard View Cardinals. Fremont took both games 16-0 and 17-0.  Fremont collected 33 hits in the games.

The first game Austin drove in four runs on four hits to lead the Packers to the win. Kenzie Homrich, Kam Clark, Gracie Clark, and Ashe Vandenberg all collected multiple hits for the Packers.  K Clark earned the win for the Packers striking out 6 batters over 3 innings. Lana Campbell pitched two innings in relief striking out 2 batters in the shoutout.

Austin remained hot in the second game with her bat going three for three.  Riley Derks, K Clark and Ava Geers each collected multiple hits for the Packers. Fremont collected 15 hits in the game.  Homrich earned the win for the Packers.  

Kam Clark collected four hits in four at bats, as the Fremont Packers defeated Mason County Central Spartans 14-1 in the first game of the double header. Clark had a double in the first, double in the third, single in the sixth and a solo home run in the fifth. Kenzie Homrich, Maddie Baden, Ava Geers, Izabel Austin, Ally Weiden, and Cecelia Crisman each had multiple hits in the game.  Fremont totaled 22 hits in the game.  

Homrich got the win on the mound, striking out 8 and walking one.  She only gave up two hits over the six innings.

In the second game Gracie Clark and Kam Clark each went 4 for 4 in the game.  The sisters drove in 9 runs together with K Clark driving in six and G Clark driving in three.  Maddie Baden also drove in 6 runs in four at bats.  Fremont collected 20 hits in the game.  

K Clark got the win on the mound for the Packers with zero runs earned over three innings.  She struck out six batters and only walking one.

Fremont took both games in the Annual Lights on for Cancer games vs Morley Stanwood tonight.  Before we highlight the game, I would like to highlight that just about $800.00 was raised and will be donated to the Fremont Cancer Center.  Thanks to everyone who turned out for our night game under the lights.

Fremont won the first game 4-1.  Kam Clark earned the win for the Packers.  She allowed five hits and one run over seven innings, striking out five. Izabel Austin and K Clark each collected two hits in the game.  Laney Bongard collected two hits for Morley Stanwood.  Kenzie Homrich and Ally Weiden each drove in a run for the Packers.

In game two Kenzie Homrich collected three hits and took the win on the mound to help the Packers defeated Morley Stanwood 11-2.  Homrich surrendered four hits over seven innings, striking out five.  The Packers accumulated 12 hits in the game.  Gracie Clark, Austin, Riley Derks, Homrich, K Clark, and Maddie Baden each drove in one run for the Packers.  Sarah Groendyke and Laney Bongard each drove in one run for Morley Stanwood.

Fremont took on Holland Christian Maroons tonight in double header action taking both games 16-1 in 4 innings and 10-0 in 5 innings in the second game. Senior Maddie Baden led the way for the packers going 6 for 7 at the plat for the night.

In the first game. Kenzie Homrich got the win for the Packers.  She only allowed 1 hit over 4 innings.  Fremont amassed 15 hits in the game.  Izabel Austin led the way with 4 RBI's with Baden having the most hits in the game with 3.  Austin, Gracie Clark, Kam Clark, Riley Derks, and Cecelia Crisman each collecting multiple hits for the Packers.  

The second game saw Kam Clark on the mound for the win.  K Clark allowed one hit and zero runs over five innings.  Gracie Clark drove in four runs on two hits to lead the Packers over Holland Christian.  G Clark tripled in the third inning scoring 2 runs and singled in the 4th inning scoring two. 

Maddie Baden led the Packers with three hits in three at bats.  Kenzie Homrich, K Clark, and Ava Geers also had multiple hits for the Packers.  

Not a single error was committed in either of the two games by the Packers!

Fremont Packers took both conference games tonight vs the Ludington Orioles. 

In game one the Packers were led by Ava Geers who collected 3 hits with 3 at bats.  Fremont scored five runs ion five hits in the bottom of the third inning with Gracie Clark single, scoring one run, Kam Clark Tripled, scoring one run, Geers single, scoring one run and Cecelia Crisman singled, scoring two runs.  The Packers collected 13 hits in the game.  Kenzie Homrich got the win on the mound striking out 7 batters and walking none in 5 innings.

In the second game G Clark drove in four runs on four hits to lead the packers.  G Clark tripled in the third inning, scoring three runs, and tripled in the fourth inning, scoring one.  Allison Weiden hit a solo inside the park home run.  The Packers collected 16 hits in the game.  K Homrich, Maddie Baden, K Clark and A Geers each collected multiple hits.    K Clark got the win on the mound striking out 8 with no walks in 4 innings.

Fremont Packers took both games tonight in conference matchup against the Montague Wildcats.  15-4 in the first game and 13-1 in the second game.

First game Kenzie Homrich got the win on the mound. Fremont scored seven runs on six hits in the top of the third Inning with a triple by Izabel Austin, a single by Homrich and a Home Run by Gracie Clark scoring three runs.  Fremont collected 14 hits in the game with Austin, and Allison Weiden leading the way with 3 hits, and Homrich, and Kam Clark having multiple hits.

In the second game Kam Clark drove in five runs on three hits to lead the Packers.  K Clark also got the win on the mound striking out 9 batters and only surrendering three hits and walking one.  Fremont collected 13 hits in the game with Gracie Clark, K Clark, Homrich, Maddie Baden all collecting multiple hits for the Packers.  K Clark drove in the last three runs of the game with a Home Run hit over the center field fence. 

Fremont took both non conference games tonight against Hesperia Panthers with some pitching domination.  Fremont won the first game 12-0 and took the second game 15-0.  

Kenzie Homrich dominated in the circle in the first game ringing up 13 strikeouts. While freshman Kam Clark pitched the second game throwing her first Varsity No hitter!

Fremont collected 13 hits in the first game, with Gracie Clark, Riley Derks, Kam Clark, and Izabel Austin each collecting two hits.  Cecelia Crisman and Maddie Baden each drove in three runs.

Olivia Gerard and Destinie Smith collected each had a hit for the Panthers.

Izabel Austin drove in for runs on two hits to lead the Packers in the second game.  Fremont accumulated 13 hits with Kam Clark, Riley Derks, Kenzie Homrich, and Ally Weiden each collecting two hits.  

Fremont takes on Montague next Tuesday for a conference match up.
