Fruitport Trojan Invitational
Despite the wind, we had a great meet! The girls finished 7th out of 8 teams and gave it their all. This is a young team that works hard and has the desire to continuously get better.
The following girls medaled:
Linnea Paige (So) 1st in the 3200 12:14.85 and 3rd in the coed 4x1600 relay
Victoria Ekkel (Sr) 5th in the 100 13.38 and 3rd in the coed 4x100 relay
Kira Manchip (Fr) 3rd in the 100 hurdles with a new PR of 17.60
Arie Beecham (Jr) 6th in Discus 78’3”
Rachel Maddox (Jr) 3rd in the coed 4x100 relay
Joelle Patton (So) 3rd in the coed 4x1600 relay
Other highlights of the day included Madilynn Jackson (Fr) a PR in the 200 and in long jump, Bianca Moore (So) a PR in shot put, Jessi Christensen (So) PR in shot put, Ivy Delo (Sr) PR in pole vault.
