BIG RAPIDS HIGH SCHOOL: 20
The Fremont vs. Big Rapids game, it ended up favoring the Packers! We played hard with a ton of energy right off the tip. Our combination of offensive power and energetic defense, helped us take the victory over the tough team from Big Rapids. Notable players included: Blake Zerlaut, scoring 16 points for us, and Carter Sherman with 7 points. The rest of the starters were a crucial part and played key roles in feeding the ball in the right places to score. Overall, we have lots of room for improvement, especially on the defensive end. We are a fairly deep team so when one player is not playing well, another can step up and take on that role. Great start to the season, hope to keep this same energy and excitement for the upcoming games.
