The Fremont JV took on Reed City at home yesterday (9/5) under beautiful sunshine. The JV Packer defense played phenomenal by allowing two touchdowns but zero two point conversions. The defense was led by Gabe Delong, Cayden Young, Briar Hambrock, and Gabe VanVleet. The Coyotes had a hard time blocking the defense this led to extra Packer possessions on offense. The offensive line did a tremendous job opening holes for our three running backs the entire game. The Packer offense ran the ball so effectively that QB Alex Gleason did not attempt a pass. Noah Baker, Colby Wright and Brenden Maka did a fantastic job controlling the line of scrimmage. The JV Packers will be away next week vs Big Rapids, before returning home for two contests. Thank you so much for the fan support yesterday as the JV team looks to PROTECT OUR HOUSE.
