Fremont Junior Varsity Baseball Slide Into a Blow-Out Win Over Muskegon Catholic Central Fremont had no trouble on offense today, winning big over Muskegon Catholic Central 14-4 getting things moving in the first inning, when Deagan Klimek singled on a 2-1 count, scoring one run. Fremont then put up six runs in the fifth inning with the offense coming from singles by Seth Zerlaut and Deagan Klimek, a walk by Caleb Vissia, and a groundout by Blake Zerlaut. Owen VanderStelt pitched Fremont to victory going six innings, allowing four runs on five hits, striking out 11 and walking zero. Fremont ended up racking up five hits in total, with Seth Zerlaut and Deagan Klimek each collecting two hits to lead the team. Fremont tore up the base paths, with two players stealing at least two bases and Seth Zerlaut leading the way with three.
