Fremont Junior Varsity Baseball Team Takes a Tough Blow From Montague It was a tough day on Wednesday for Fremont Junior Varsity baseball who lost 8-2 to Montague. Chase Mercer led things off on the mound for Fremont lasting four innings, allowing seven hits and five runs while striking out nine. Lucas Carrier threw two innings out of the bullpen. Owen VanderStelt, Mason Sparks, Blake Zerlaut, and Seth Zerlaut all had one hit to lead Fremont.
