Fremont Wrestling Traveled to Allendale

The Packers competed at the Falcon Invitational this last weekend.  There were 14 high caliber teams that battled in the A and B tournament.  Fremont placed 7th behind all-state ranked teams. In  the A brackets, Trey Myers was crowned the championship at 175 pounds and at 132 pounds, Tee Ward was Runner-up to the defending state champion, Lucio, from Stevensville-Lakeshore. Michael Romero was 3rd at 215 and Killian Prewitt took 4th at 120.  Briar Hambrock pinned to place 5th. 

In the B brackets, the Packers had 3 Champions at the top of the podium, Kashton Atwood (120), Khai Noordyk (190) and Kyle Nagel (215.) Chance Crawford was 2nd at 285 and Landon Hekkema was 6th.
