Fremont Wrestling Split A Pair of Conference Duals
The Packers traveled to Big Rapids on Wednesday to face their CSAA Gold competition. In the first round, they faced Big Rapids. Winning against the Cardinals were: Braulio Gomez, Alex Gleason, Trey Myers, Vinnie Mellema, Michael Romero, Chase Montague, Elias Bowen, Tee Ward, Kage Atwood and Daniel Romero.
The Packers bested the Cardinals 65-18.
The Packers’ second dual was a back and forth battle against Tri-County. The Senior strong Vikings won 8 weight classes and the Packers won 6, giving TC the edge by a score of 42-33. Victors for the Packers were: Alex Gleason, Trey Myers, Briar Hambrock, Killian Prewitt, RJ Thome, and Tee Ward.
