WHITEHALL SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL: 47.00
The Packers struggled early on against Whitehall and didn't find their footing until the 4th quarter and come up short against the Vikings 47-6. The Vikings scored three touchdowns in the 1st quarter and added two more in the second to take a 34-0 lead to halftime. The Packers came out of half with a little fire, but gave up two more touchdowns in the 3rd quarter to trail 47-0. The Packers were finally able to get on the board with a 9 yard Karter Frens touchdown late in the 4th quarter to end the scoring and bring the final score to 47-6. Leading the way for the Packers on offense was Karter Frens with 104 yards on 24 carries and a touchdown. Khai Noordyk had 67 yards on 16 carries. Brayden Crosley was 4 for 16 passing for 42 yards and an interception. Jacob Burns had 2 receptions for 27 yards. Tritan Corrigan lead the Packers on defense with 7 tackles and 2 interceptions. Noordyk added 6 tackles, Barnhard had 5, and Diego Diaz and Trentyn Corley both had 4. The Packers host Newaygo next week for homecoming.
