It was a long night for the Packers as they traveled to Oakridge and lost 56-6.  The Packers struggled to get their offense going early on and couldn't stop the ground game of the Eagles.  The Packers fell behind 49-0 at halftime.  Fremont came out with a little fire and started to move the ball, but an interception ended the Packer drive and Oakridge capitalized to increase their lead to 56-0.  The Packers were finally able to find the end zone as Karter Frens found paydirt from 6 yards out to close the scoring for the evening and bring the final to 56-6.  Khai Noordyk lead the running game with 69 yards on 7 carries, including a nifty 49 yard run to set up the only touchdown of the night,  Frens added 62 tough yards on 17 carries.  Brayden Crosley had a tough night going 6 for 14 for 47 yards, including a 41 yard reception by Asa Barnhard.  Leading the Packers on defense was Tritan Corrigan with 11 tackles, Barnhard with 8 and Michael Robinson, Austin Sparks, Graison Hoppa, Noah Hansen, Wyatt Shoemaker, and Noordyk all with 4 each.  Fremont will travel to Orchard View next week for another WMC Lakes division match up.
