MANISTEE HIGH SCHOOL: 0
The Lady Packers hosted the Manistee mariners for a conference battle this evening. The match began a little rough for the Pack, however they regrouped and won in straight sets, 25 - 18, 25 - 11, 25 - 9, with the Packers defending their home court. Every member of the team contributed to this victory.
Offensive leaders for the Pack included Brynna Barnhart with 5 aces, followed by Grace Evans and Taylor DeKuiper each with 4 aces. Mia Clemence led all attackers with 7 kills, followed by Kenzie Gleason with 6 kills and DeKuiper had 4 kills. Barnhart put up 22 assists during the contest.
Defensively, the Pack was led by Evans with 10 digs, followed by Cecelia Crisman with 5 and Taylor Johnson with 4. DeKuiper led with 2 blocks, with Gleason and Averi Zimmer each with a block.
The Pack are now 3 - 0 in conference play and host a quad on Thursday. Go Pack!
