Fremont (3-0, 17-15) defeated Tri-County (0-4) on Wednesday night 25-21, 25-10, 25-15. The Packers' offense was directed by junior setter Carle Bruggema with 27 assists, 4 aces and 11 points. Senior attackers Alexis LaCount and Kaitlynn Bennett led the offense with 8 and 9 kills respectively. Alexis also chipped in 8 aces and 14 points. Strong serving from senior Maya Curtice, (4A/10P) and timely attacking from junior Marcy Tanner contributed to the win. The Packers face Chip Hills (3-1) next week in conference play.
