The Packers faced three quality opponents on Saturday at the Montague Quad. Montague, (ranked #4 in D2) controlled all three sets, defeating Fremont 14-25, 12-25, 8-25. In the second match, Fremont won the first set 27-25 against the Lady Lakers of Spring Lake and had a solid lead in the second set, 22-18, before falling 24-26 forcing a third set in which the Lakers dominated 13-25. In the final match, Ludington dominated the Pack all three sets 10-25, 19-25, 13-25. The three losses drop Fremont to 5-8 over-all, 2-0 in conference play.
