On a bright sunny but cold afternoon, the Fremont Girls' Tennis team hosted their second Conference match against Whitehall on April 27. Despite Fremont playing very well, they lost 1-7. (Flor Romero won by default at #1 Singles.) Coach Jane Tuls commented that the games within each set at each flight were close. She is impressed with the improvement of each player despite the bad weather and practicing in a gym a majority of the season. The Packers' next match is April 28 at Coopersville.
