WESTERN MICHIGAN CHRISTIAN HIGH SCHOOL: 8
The JV Soccer team traveled to traditional soccer powerhouse West Michigan Christian last night and were defeated 0-8. The team played a very strong first half holding the Warriors off of the scoreboard for the first 25+ minutes. The team played through some pain and tired muscles after playing a game on Wednesday. Once again goalie Jess Petry had a strong game in net making 16 saves including a number from point blank range. The offense struggled to get it going, but strung together some good passes and put pressure on the home team.
