Whitehall traveled to Fremont Wednesday afternoon for a West Michigan Conference match. Fremont started strong scoring just one minute into the match. Anna Norris knocked in a rebound off of Whitehall keeper Brie Hamann's hands. That goal stood until half with Fremont leading 1-0. 10 minutes into the second half Mia Clemence made the score 2-0 when Maria Rojas sent her a ball off a throw-in. Fremont maintained pressure until the end of match and managed to put one more in the back of the net. Mater finished the final goal off an assist from Norris. The final score was 3-0. Fremont outshot Whitehall 18-5. Fremont's Hallie Snyder made 5 saves in net while Whitehall's Brie Hamann made 15 saves. Fremont improves to 12-4-1 overall and 7-2 in the conference while Whitehall falls to 6-6-3 overall and 6-3-1 in the conference.
