NORTH MUSKEGON HIGH SCHOOL: 3
The North Muskegon girls' soccer team came to Fremont to face the Packers in a conference matchup. North Muskegon got on the board first 20 minutes into the first half on a goal from Sam Johnson. Fremont's Mia Clemence answered 10 minutes later on an assist from Anna Norris. The score was 1-1 at the half. With 11 minutes left in the match North Muskegon's Kennedi Koekkoek put the game-winning goal in the back of the net. North Muskegon added one more goal from Sam Johnson with six minutes remaining. North Muskegon outshot the Packers 19-6. Emma Lamiman made 5 saves for North Muskegon and Hallie Synder made 16 saves for the Packers. North Muskegon improves to 8-3-1 overall and 6-0 in the conference. Fremont fell to 9-4-1 overall and 5-2 in the conference.
