The Ludington girls' soccer team made the trip to Fremont on Monday afternoon to take on the Packers in a West Michigan conference showdown. The conditions were terrible which generated many scoring opportunities but few finishes. Fremont outshot Ludington 12-5. The score was 0-0 at the half. One minute into the second half Mia Clemence skipped a ball past the keeper. That goal held up as Fremont won the match 1-0. Hallie Snyder made 5 saves in net for the Packers while Cambria Bridon ended with 11 saves for the Orioles. Fremont improves to 8-3-1 overall and 4-1 in the conference while Ludington drops to 3-7-2 overall and 2-3-1 in the conference.
