ORCHARD VIEW HIGH SCHOOL: 0
Fremont traveled to Muskegon Orchard View on Monday to take on the Cardinals. Fremont outshot OV 18-2 and ended up winning the match 2-0. Bethany Geeting scored the first goal 12 minutes into the match on a ball that deflected off the keeper, Elizabeth Estelle's, hands. Mia Clemence added the other goal 5 minutes later on an assist from Geeting. The Packer's defense of Julianne Hernadez, Kaiya Flores, Ella Shields, Grace Evans, and Addie Shields did a great job locking down the OV offense. Hallie Snyder made 2 saves in net for Fremont while Elizabeth Estelle made 16 saves for the Cardinals. Fremont improved to 5-3-1 overall and 2-1 in the conference. OV fell to 1-2-2 overall and 0-1 in the conference.
