The Whitehall Vikings traveled to Fremont to play the Packers in the first round of district play in girls' soccer. The visiting team got on the board first when Maggie Evans received a ball from Olivia McCarthy and put it in the side netting. Fremont's Lili Isak answered on a ball from Riley Chase. The scored remained 1-1 until a minute left in the first half when Evans scored again making it 2-1 at the half. Evans wasn't done and completed the hat trick 20 minutes left in the first half. Fremont's Isak again drew the Packers close with 3 minutes left. The final was 3-2 with Whitehall advancing. Whitehall outshot the Packers 10-7. Fremont's Macey Power made 7 saves while Whitehall's Brie Hamann made 5 saves in net. Fremont dropped to 10-9 overall while Whitehall improved to 9-7.
