On Monday evening the Packers of Fremont took on the Coyotes of Reed City in a CSAA conference match up.  The Packers took the lead early on a goal from Riley Chase and assist from Mia Clemens only 3 minutes into the match.  Fremont scored again just 7 minutes later when Mia Witte laced a ball from Lili Isak.  With 20 minutes to play in the first half Clemence got on the board on an assist from Chase.  The Packers led 3-0 at the half.  The Packers scored again early in the second half when Chase added her second goal from Isak 6 minutes in.  The final goal for the Packers came from Isak who received the pass from Clemence.  Reed City scored their lone tally with 3 minutes to play in the match from Paige Lofquist.  Fremont outshot Reed City 16-10.  Macey Powers of Fremont made 9 saves and Miriah Hodges made 11 for the Coyotes.  Fremont improves to 7-6 overall and 5-3 in the conference while Reed City drops to 8-3-2 overall and 3-3-1 in the conference.
