On a rainy Friday afternoon the Packers of Fremont made the trip over to Grant to play the Tigers in girls' soccer. Fremont got out to an early lead when Mia Clemence found Trinity Freriks for the goal. That score stood until the half. 12 minutes into the second half Grant knotted the game up when Carli Fryling struck a ball from 25 out. 10 minutes later Riley Chase put the visitors back on top. However, Grant's Fryling struck again just 2 minutes later. Both teams had opportunities and Fremont's Chase finally put the game-winning goal away with 10 minutes to play. Grant outshot Fremont 14-10. Fremont's Macey Powers made 12 saves in net. Fremont moves to 4-3 and 2-1 in the conference. Grant falls to 2-2 and 1-1 in the conference.
