The first round of district play was held at Fremont with the Packers taking on the Tigers of Shelby. Shelby scored with 15 minutes to play in the first half making the score 1-0 at the half. Although both sides had opportunities in the second half each struggled to score. Shelby finally put the match away with 3 minutes to play. Fremont's Macey Powers ended with 10 saves in net. Fremont ends the season 4-11-2 and Shelby improved to 5-12-1.
