The Packers boys' soccer team played its first conference match of the year on Wednesday afternoon against Oakridge. Fremont won the game 6-0. Joey Mansfield had a hat trick for the Packers while Deagan Klimek added two of his own and Reid Nelson added a single goal. Hudson Wiersema chipped in two assists and Klimek and Taylor Rowe had single helpers. Fremont outshot Oakridge 24-6. Caleb Vissia had 6 saves for Fremont while Oakridge goalkeeper Isaac Willard made 18 saves. Fremont improves to 3-2 overall and 1-0 in the conference.
