The Packers traveled to Grant Thursday afternoon for a non-conference match against the Tigers. Fremont's Carter Moon had a big match with four goals while Waden Woods added one of his own. Conner Roesler and Kasidy Wright tallied single assists for Fremont. Grant's Albert Macias scored Grant's lone goal off a corner kick directly. The halftime score was Fremont 2-Grant 0 and the final Fremont 5-Grant 1. Fremont outshot Grant 19-3. Joe Kortge made 2 saves for Fremont and Ed Hallberg also made 1. Logan Osborn made 14 saves for the Tigers. Fremont improved to 4-2 overall and 2-0 in the conference. Grant fell to 3-1 overall and 1-1 in the conference.
