WMC Mega meet 10-17-23

Cool with at west wind.

Running on a course that was over half asphalt the girls turned in a solid performance to place third with 91 points. This meet counted 40% towards the overall conference standings and was our final conference meet of the season. The girls placed second in our first meet and fourth in the next two meets. Person personal records were turned in by, Joelle Patten(So) in 12th, Elise Pfeiffer (Sr) in 20th, Rocquel Richards (So) in 26th, and Jessie Kendziorski (Fr) in 39th.     

The boys placed second (39-41)to a Ludington team that seized control of the race early.   We closed the gap in the middle half of the race, but couldn’t quite get over the line.  Personal records were turned in by Carter Sherman (Jr) in 3rd, Brandon Rasmussen (Jr) in 40th, and Jon Sampablo (Sr) in 41st.  Chase Lowery (So) had a season record in 9th.
