Fremont 77  Manistee 47

This game made me nervous traveling up to second place  Manistee to play just two days after an emotional win at Ludington on Tuesday.  Our girls were not nervous though and had their best 1st quarter of the year scoring 24 points to Manistees 8.  Mia Clemence hit for 4 triples in the first quarter.  The lead never got under 16 with all 11 players contributing.  Mia Clemence led us with 20 points and 5 steals, Riley Chase had 18 points and 7 steals.  Taylor Dekuiper had 11 points and 7 steals. Khaila Noordyk had 9 points.  Eliana Vandenberg had 7 points, Jessica Bennett had 5 points, 7 rebounds and 7 blocks.  Olivia Hansen had 6 points and 5 rebounds.  Katie Ackerman had 7 assists and 5 rebounds.  We are 10-2, 6-0 and play State Ranked Morley Stanwood on Tuesday.  They were the last team to beat us in December in the championship game of the Reed City Holidat tournament.
