Fremont hosted Whitehall on Tuesday night and came away with an exciting 42-40 win in Overtime. Points were hard to come by for both teams throughout the game. Fremont held a 7-5 lead after one quarter and 15-13 at halftime. The Vikings took control in the third quarter with a 14-8 advantage, spurred by Onnyka Dempsey's 8 points of her own in the quarter. The Packers trailed for most of the fourth, but had the score even with 16 seconds to play. Whitehall got a good look at a three pointer at the buzzer that rimmed out. In overtime, the Vikings jumped out to a quick four point lead, but the Packers battled back again. Jessica Bennett scored 6 of the Packers 8 points in OT and Fremont survived in the end. 

Fremont was led on the night by Bennett's 16 points, while Khaila Noordyk had 9. Dempsey finished with 11 points for the Vikings and Ashley TenBrink had 10. Fremont improves to 4-7 overall, 2-3 in the WMC Lakes division. Whitehall falls to 3-5 overall, 1-4 in the division.
