Fremont traveled to Oakridge for their second league contest of the season Tuesday night. The Eagles prevailed 43-29. Fremont gave up a late basket at the end of the first quarter and trailed 11-10. The Packers lost the second quarter 8-6 and trailed 19-16 at the half. In the third quarter neither team could get anything going on offense with Oakridge holding a 5-2 advantage in the quarter and extending their lead to 24-18. In the fourth quarter, the Packers were forced to play from behind and the Eagles took advantage with some easy transition baskets and timely three pointers. With a 17-11 advantage in that quarter, Oakridge put the game out of reach. 

Fremont was led by Olivia Hansen's 6 points. Khaila Noordyk had 10 rebounds. Oakridge was led by Anna Lundquist with 14 points and Destyni Lane with 13. 

The Packers fell to 1-4 overall, 0-2 in the conference. They travel to Montague for another league matchup Friday.

Coach Zerlaut -- "We obviously have work to do to get better. We have a better team and better players than what we have shown so far. We are playing hard, and our defense is really good at times. We have to get better offensively. We aren't giving ourselves a chance to win games when we continue to turn the ball over at the high rate that we are."
