The Packers travel to Remus to face the Chippewa Hills Warriors on Tuesday in league play. Fremont fell to 1-9 overall, while Montague improved to 7-2.
Coach Zerlaut -- "It has taken much longer than we anticipated but this team is starting to figure out how hard we have to play to compete at the level we expect of our program. Montague is a good team and we played with them from start to finish. We had plenty of chances to score the ball but just didn't shoot well enough tonight. However, we played the game the right way and gave ourselves a chance against a quality opponent. We need to continue to compete that way on a consistent basis."
