In a defensive battle that saw both teams struggle to score, Fremont got a 39-23 victory over the Tri County Vikings. Fremont led 10-3 after one quarter, 15-8 at the half, and 30-12 at the end of the third quarter. The Packers only shot 30% from the field on the night (17-57), but held Tri County to just 13% shooting for the game (6-48). Paige Vandenberg led the Packers with 15 points, with 8 other players scoring between one and five points apiece. Vandenberg also had 8 blocked shots.
