BIG RAPIDS HIGH SCHOOL: 56
In our first game since the district finals were canceled last season we came out shooting cold and struggled the whole night to make baskets. The shots were open, we just missed. The difference in the game was Big Rapids hit 9 3pt shots and we only made 2-33 from beyond the arc. Big Rapids did a good job packing the paint on defense to stop drives, we just could not buy a bucket. Overall we only shot 15-55. Joshua Zerfas led all scorers with 14 points and added 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Braiden McDonald had 10 points and 8 rebounds. DeMarcus Lee led Big Rapids with 13 points. We play at home Friday against Newaygo.
